1. Who we are

Shri Rajarajeshwari Gifts sells 999 pure silver photo frames, deity frames and silver gifting. The business grows out of Shri Rajarajeshwari Jewellers, a family jewellery house in Sirsi, Karnataka, trading since 2001, which began making silver photo frames in 2007. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Shri Rajarajeshwari Gifts, and “you” means the person using this website or placing an order.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing this website, sending an enquiry or placing an order you accept these Terms and Conditions along with our Shipping and Delivery Policy, Return Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

3. Using the website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its operation, security or availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time.

4. Products and descriptions

Our frames are made in 999 pure silver and are finished by hand. Because each piece passes through a craftsman rather than a mould alone, small variations in weight, thickness, polish and relief detail are normal and are not defects.

Silver weight, frame size and photo size shown on a product page are indicative and may vary within reasonable manufacturing limits. Product photographs are taken under studio lighting, and the colour and lustre you see on your screen may differ slightly from the piece delivered.

5. Minimum order quantity

Standard products carry a minimum order quantity of five pieces per design, unless a product page states otherwise. Orders below the minimum quantity cannot be processed.

6. Pricing

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without notice. Because silver is a traded metal, prices move with the market. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted and paid for. Taxes are charged as applicable. Shipping is charged as set out in the Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Availability

All products are subject to availability. Where a product is marked Made to Order, it is produced after your order is confirmed. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will tell you and refund the amount paid for that item.

8. Customised products

Customisation is accepted subject to design and production feasibility. Production begins only after you approve the final design and the applicable advance payment is received. Once you approve the design and pay the advance, a customised order cannot be cancelled. Please check the photograph, spelling of names, dates, logo, design, size and quantity carefully before approving.

9. Content you supply

If you send us a photograph, logo, artwork or any other material for customisation, you confirm that you have the right to use it and to let us reproduce it on your product. We use material you send only to produce your order.

10. Payment

Orders are accepted against online advance payment only. Cash on delivery is not available. For customised and bulk orders, the applicable advance and balance payment terms are confirmed before the order is accepted.

11. Dispatch and delivery

Dispatch timelines, delivery areas, shipping charges and delivery issues are covered in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Delivery timelines after dispatch depend on the courier and are outside our control.

12. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be returned or cancelled, and no refund is issued. The full position, including how to report a package that arrives damaged, is set out in the Return Policy and the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Please read both before you pay.

13. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, photographs, product designs, layout and branding, belongs to Shri Rajarajeshwari Gifts or to its respective owners. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without written permission.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, public holidays or other events outside our reasonable control.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sirsi, Karnataka.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
