1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information Shri Rajarajeshwari Gifts collects through this website, why we collect it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do with it.

• Contact and delivery details: name, mobile or WhatsApp number, email address, billing and shipping address.
• Order details: what you ordered, quantities, order value and payment status.
• Customisation material: photographs, logos, names, dates and design instructions you send us for a customised frame.
• Enquiry content: what you write to us through a form or on WhatsApp.
• Website usage data: pages visited, device and browser type, and cookie data as described in the Cookie Policy.

We do not store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. Payment details are handled by the payment gateway, not by this website.

3. Why we use it

• To process, produce, pack and deliver your order
• To carry out customisation to your approved design

• To keep records required by tax and other law

4. Photographs and logos you send us

Material you send for customisation is used only to produce your order. We do not publish a customer photograph, family image or company logo in our catalogue, on social media or in advertising without your permission.

• Courier partners, who need your name, address and mobile number to deliver
• The payment gateway, which processes your payment
• Our website host, which stores the site and its database
• Analytics or communication services actually in use, as listed in the Cookie Policy
• Government authorities, where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade contact lists.

6. WhatsApp

Much of our enquiry and order communication happens on WhatsApp. Messages you send there are held in WhatsApp under its own terms and privacy policy, which we do not control. Please do not send card details, passwords or identity documents on WhatsApp.

7. How long we keep it

Order and billing records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Enquiry messages and customisation files are kept while they are useful for your order and for repeat orders, and can be deleted earlier if you ask.

8. Security

The website runs over an encrypted connection, and access to order data is limited to people who need it to fulfil orders. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

9. Your choices
